    To No. 3

Perhaps now is not the time to give musar about swimming lessons, unsupervised swimming etc. It seems that after every tragedy involving human error, the first comments are always about not leaving chanukah lecht burning and going to sleep, don’t drink and drive on Purim or lag baomer, etc.

WP informs me that the name of the river comes from an Algonquian language phrase meaning “mad river.”
