YWN regrets to inform you of the Petira of Rav Refael Rubin Z”L (Refael Menachem Mayer, ) Rosh Yeshiva, Yeshiva Gedola of South Jersey, who was Niftar in a Cleveland Hospital on Shabbos. He was 36 years old.
Reb Refael is survived by his wife, Elisheva (Lasker), and their children.
The levaya will be held tomorrow, at 1 p.m. at at the Seventh Street Holocaust Memorial Chapel of Congregation Sons of Israel in Lakewood, NJ.

As the Telzer Rosh Yeshiva was maspid tonight in cleveland, R? Refael was an ish kasher. What a chashuve person we have lost! Woe to us? It was such an honor for our city to have such a family stay with us and we cry for the loss we now share with the family we count as one of our own. May he be a meilitz yosher for his choshuve almana and his little kiderlach. And may this purim be a yeshua for all cholei yisroel.
