Israel police have launched an investigation after seeing a video on social media of a driver on Jerusalem’s Begin Highway, as he backed up to exit while endangering many motorists by his actions.
Police have learned the driver is an 83-year-old man, a Jerusalem resident, who they have summoned for questioning.

please the over dramatic headlines need to stop! he is not insane! it is not a smart move and it was dangerous i guess. but he is simply a guy that missed that exit and figured if he went slowly and carefully enough his fellow members of Klal Yisroel would be nice enough to let him back up and go off on the exit he missed. He should get a ticket. obivously thats not the best thing to do. but he does not seem like an insane elderly person who has no idea what he is doing.
We have the same problem on Grand Central Parkway in Queens.
