At least 13 people were killed after a massive blaze swept through multiple high-rise residential buildings in a housing complex in Hong Kong�s Tai Po district.
Authorities say at least 15 others were injured in the fire.
Emergency teams evacuated hundreds of residents from the complex as flames spread along the exterior scaffolding.
