The IDF says it has eliminated Hamas financial terrorist Abdel Hay Zaqout in the same Gaza City airstrike two weeks ago that killed Hamas deputy military chief Raed Sa�ad.
According to the military, Zaqout funneled tens of millions of dollars to Hamas�s military wing over the past year.
