UN Secretary-General Ant�nio Guterres sent a formal letter to Prime Minister Netanyahu, warning that Israel�s new law shutting down UNRWA, cutting off its utilities and banking, and allowing Israel to seize UNRWA property violates the UN�s legal protections under international law, after the Knesset passed amendments to the law on December 29, 2025.
