10:52am IL: A PA (Palestinian Authority) resident with an explosive device strapped to his body was detected at the IDF�s Bet Iba Checkpoint in the Shechem district on Tuesday morning.
The terrorist was arrested and taken for interrogation. Soldiers managed to remove the bomb and it was detonated in a controlled blast without incident.
