Nine Kassam rockets were fired at southern Israel on Friday night and rocket attacks resumed on motzei Shabbos, with a Katyusha rocket landing in an Ashkelon industrial zone. A second rocket landed in a northern area in the city. Another attack was launched later in the night directed at Sderot. Baruch Hashem, no injuries were reported. The Al-Aqsa Martyrs� Brigade boasted responsibility for the Katyusha fire.
Southern area residents continue to wonder regarding the �ceasefire� that Defense Minister Ehud Barak refers to fondly, explaining their lives have once again become unhinged as they are compelled to deal with round-the-clock rocket fire following a brief hiatus.
