The High Court of Justice on Wednesday has approved razing the Jerusalem home of the July 2008 tractor terrorist, who struck on Jerusalem�s Jaffe Street.

Three innocent people were murdered in the attack and may others were wounded.

Despite immediate calls from the defense minister and other government officials to raze the family home of the terrorist, court petitions on behalf of the terrorist�s family have prevented the move, permitting only to seal portions of the home with concrete as a punitive measure.
