Police report that used the closed circuit TV security system to apprehend two suspects in the Monday morning attack of a Jewish man in his 40s on Chaggai Street in Jerusalem�s Old City. The suspects were taken into custody as they made their way toward Har HaBayis.
The injured man was attacked without a weapon, contradicting previous reports that a knife was used. He sustained light injuries and was transported to Shaare Zedek Medical Center as was indicated in an earlier report.

I think that’s Rechov Haggai (as in valley), not Chagai. It’s the main street of the Moslem Q, from Shaar Shchem to the Kotel.
