If you don’t like the rules of your town, you can either work to change them or move somewhere else.
I think if people in New York were makpid to follow the rules of waste disposal there would be no need for such enforcement.

look at 3:14 on the clip and you will see a member of kenesset sewing with knitting needles !!!! that sums up the value of what goes on there !!!
