here to help-we are convinced that we are dealing with a sick child, but we see his sickness as contagious and are afraid the other kids will ‘catch it’. Anyway, I agreed with your previous post about me and my husband being the single biggest threat to him bc it does seem that he is so affected by everything we say/do. We don’t want to be the reason he goes ‘over the edge’ and will try to keep the bigger picture in mind. At the same time, I agree with aries2756, that kids need boundaries to feel safe, and protected. But if we remove them, how will he feel that?
