FF – “Any practical ideas??”
I went online to see the options that were suggested. I really don’t have experience with cave rescue. One the probs is too much water. But they are still going to try the entrance route.
This is my solution: The news there claims that to drill from the top is 1km down.
If you look at the diagram, the mountain slopes down – they should try to drill down at that point & then if possible & needed to drill over to the trapped area!
Basically – it’s a race against time – before the Monsoon Season!
