what is the question?
There is no evidence that Germany is Amalek, and all the evidence that exists from Tanach and midrashei chazal suggest the exact opposite. Amalek had that kind of destructive power, that kind of power is found only in those nations who serve as the basis of our exiles, like Rome and Bavel, or Mitzrayim. Everywhere Amalek is mentioned they only do collateral damage, damage to the fringe groups, or serve as a possible, but never actual, serious threat and danger. It is much more likely that groups like Hamas, PLO, Hezbollah, etc are Amalek.
