A Simchat Torah hashkama minyan that I used to attend back in the states did once around for each hakafa, and finished hakafot in about 10 minutes. One year the Rav of the shule came down, and insisted on extending the hakafa he was there for. The minyan attendees became pretty upset. As for this year, I’m not going, and since I’m in the states, it’s not a chag for me anyway.
