I’m somewhat amused at how those who say that “we can never know why the Holocaust happened” and similar comments, have no problem knowing why the State of Israel happened. The truth is, EVERYTHING is a ??????, and a preparation for Hashem’s end game. How exactly that will work is indeed something we cannot know in advance.
