YYA -It’s clear you live in E”Y because you have a realistic perspective, not some delusional vision of Jews and Arabs living side by side in peace and harmony. That never happened and never will. The old Yishuv lived and died at the mercy of Islam (Chevron massacre, anyone?). Islam is a conquering religion. They will never recognize Jews as equals, and we need some some form of hishtadlus to protect ourselves. It’s frightening to witness Jews drink the Hamas Kool-aid.
