You have to have your own tent and supplies.Similar to Devilstone festival in lithuania for metalheads. But its a festival for women who just wants to smoke away from judging society and find like minded women, as men are not allowed there and trespassers might be shot. And nobody will even judge or check what kind of substances are being smoked. And its also spiritual since produces a smoke that goes up as a pleasing aroma for Elokim. I would not interfere but a fum competition for heavy smokers could be duels of who can chainsmoke more cigarettes in umbroken sequence with possible marks of achievment. Or who can hold strogest nicotine plaster on their tongue lips shut.
