hi100, thats hard for me too. I have a very sharp tongue.
My advice is to pause before you say your sharp retort. It wont always stop you, but it does give you an extra second or so to stop yourself. It gets easier.(I use this at work ALL the time)
Cleaning tip: don’t make the house dirty and you won’t have to clean as much 😀
