I do quite a lot of driving to and from and in the Catskills. I dont see too many “underage” drivers. I do see way to many underage hitchikers.
It is the “above age” drivers that are often driving well above the speed limit, disregarding the local traffic laws and generally creating hazardous driving conditions (more hazardous that a dark twisting, hilly road already is.
