TMB, I hear the sources you quoted, but I also wonder if they refer to a specific action or area in which KA”V comes before one’s wife. I cannot fathom how that could be a blanket statement for EVERYTHING,e specially in view of the point Hashem made of commanding a man to leave his parents… v’chulu.
