I do pick the most lenient opinion, if somebody paskens that one can rely on it. Eventhough, sometimes I have ta’anos on the Rabbi for paskening so. Sometimes, I have ta’anos on the Rabbi and on the person — because I know they just want to mekal on it by hook or by crook. And sometimes these fellows would do it, even if nobody allowed it.
