and about stop signs- i was taught to stop by the stop line, count to three in my head and then inch up…. By an all way, whoever gets there first has right of way and then you take turns. BUT if th eother persons decide to be rude and go first anyway, don’t fight him and try to go first cuz your supposed to -defensive driving. Turns-whenever it’s clear, you can turn into the closest lane (i think the closest lane…)
