I went to a very frum High School in Brooklyn in the seventies. Loads of girls got nose jobs during their school years, and the Hanhala didnt blink. Nor did any of those girls go Off The Derech.
That just shows that getting a nose job only makes some girls go off the derech. ?
Seriously, it is a real issue, and someone must certainly ask a shaila before doing it, and not fall into the trap of saying “it must be okay because other people do it”.

There are many people in need of jobs iin todays market. Perhaps they should look into nose jobs :<)
It might be attractive, but it doesn’t pay well (unless you’re the surgeon.)
