Perhaps. It can still be a bad date though. For example, a guy, with every intention of acting like a mensch can suggest a long walk on a nice spring day and be oblivious to the fact that the girl is in painful 3″ heels. Did the guy do anything wrong? I guess not. But if the girl anyways didn’t want to continue dating him and on top of that this happened, then yeah, I would call that a bad date.
