Coffee Ice Cream Roll
Ice Cream
4 eggs
1 C sugar
1 C water
1 teaspoon coffee dissolved in hot water
Cake
6 eggs, separated
6 T sugar
6 T potato starch
Brittle
Assembly
Unroll the cake ? spread the ice cream on top ? sprinkle the brittle ? roll up the cake ? refreeze
