They do not “head” the OU but are “halachik consultants”.
If I’m not mistaken, Rav Belsky is personally makpid on Cholov Yisroel and Rav Shachter doesn’t eat/drink any dairy products due to personal kashrus stringencies.
Are we such “ba’alei taive” that we must have cholov stam?
